WELCOME20 is a simple, one-per-account promotion: 50% off your first prepaid credit pack at checkout. This is the only Audra post that carries the promo mechanics, so it is the one to bookmark when the checkout page asks for a code.

How the code works

• Applies once, to your first pack, at checkout — enter WELCOME20 in the promo field.
• The $5 pack (200k characters) becomes $2.50; every other pack size halves the same way.
• After the first pack, checkout returns to the flat $25/1M base — no recurring discount, no expiring teaser rate.

What comes before and after

New accounts start with 25,000 free trial characters — no card, non-commercial. The first paid pack is also what unlocks commercial use for your renders, so the promo effectively discounts the commercial unlock itself. Questions support actually gets

• 'Can I stack it with volume tiers?' — No. Tiers are planning rates on /v2/usage and do not change checkout; the code applies to the pack's flat price.
• 'Does it work on the second pack?' — No; one per account, first pack only.
• 'Do trial characters count against the pack?' — No, the 25k trial is separate from any pack you buy.
